At BluePorch Clothing, we honor the stories, spirit, and style of Black Southern culture. Rooted in the rich traditions of the Carolinas and inspired by the front porch conversations that shape our communities, we create bold, meaningful apparel that celebrate heritage, spark dialogue, and connect generations. Based in Charleston, SC, we use "Haint Blue" (haint meaning ghost) as our signature hue. Derived from a Geechee/Gullah tradition, the color is believed to provide protection against evil spirits. The color is commonly painted on the porches of many homes through the Lowcountry.
